Everything was handled fast and professionally from signing in to intake to actually being seen by the doctor. When the doctor was prescribing my medications she was professional and nice and offered to prescribe an easier to take medication that works better. Overall it was the best experience i have ever had at any medical facility, its in stark contrast from being forgotten for 13 hours in a room at the mac center.

Everyone was very nice, and very professional., There was no wait for me to be seen.nI only waited 10-15 minutes for my x-ray results.nI was surprised to see a slushie machine in the lobby, offering them for free! (Which leaving through a different door I forgot to grab one) would highly recommend ud83dudc4c

I called right when they opened, and the receptionist was able to answer all my questions. I got there and waited about 10 minutes to be seen. They were very helpful with getting me registered. And got me right back into a room. The doctor came in, and we talked over my results, she gave me some good tips/pointers on how to deal with some of my symptoms (Iu2019m limited in what I can take because of my pregnancy) and I was on my way. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The customer service here is so wonderful. Lisa at the front desk is welcoming and brightened my day (on a day where I felt like absolute crap.) From the rad tech who checked me in to the PA Becky, I highly recommend WellNow in Springville. Thank you for taking care of me!
