I was double billed for a no good ice cooling machine for knee replacement therapy. The only way that I could leave the hospital with the cooler was to pay for it up front first.nThis lousy agility medical group build me 2 weeks later for the unit that I already paid for. They never answer the phone. You have to leave a message when calling.nPlease don't use agility, but instead choose to use a reputable company for your medical supply needs.

I had a total knee replacing and the guy arrived late, annoyed with the heat and taking equipment to hospitals. Holden was my representative that came to deliver my equipment. He didn't have the equipment my doctor order. He kept using excuses his laptop wasnt working.I called the office multiple times and the staff was rude. This equipment is important as it assists in healing. Especially an ice machine and a wrap to assist in swelling. I finally received it in the mail 9 days later. I reported to my doctor. Apparently I'm not the only one.

They were very friendly and very accommodating. They offered to come to my home and measure for my brace. After my brace arrived, they offered to come fit it for me as well. I chose to go in to the office on both occasions and the process was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend using Agility. I was putting my brace on wrong. They took the time to show me how to properly put it on and things to look for. Great service and great communication throughout the entire process.
