I have never been treated in a hallway bed before it was extremely uncomfortable. I was not provided any wedge pillow for my ct scan which due to my physical condition I have also never experienced not having one. The staff was pleasant enough however I did not have a call light so I couldnu2019t ask for help unless someone walked by. I was also given two other patients discharge papers with mine. I have also always had to remove any under garments that had metal before a scan and was told it wasnu2019t necessary for my ct even though my chest was included. I donu2019t feel I would go back to this hospital. I am not from here so I wasnu2019t aware of this hospital in any way.

Service was poor at best. Once they took me back they asked me if I could move over to a reclining chair by myself when I said I would need help they just left me in the wheel chair.nHad a broken arm, had to ask twice just to get an ice pack. And twice for something for pain. Also I take several medications but she only listed 2 of my meds on the paperwork.

I use the emergency room two times in the last week both times was great. Everyone was very helpful and kind. All the services I received nurses and doctors were fantastic. I would happily go there anytime I have an emergency. Thank you again for your care concern.

The staff was very caring. Explained everything I need for care at home. The attending Dr was was careful not to cause me any unnecessary pain.. Thanks for all the great care I received.

I went to the ER for head to toe severe pain. They did the least minimal to help me. My CK levels were off the charts signaling muscle damage. They administered Robaxin and kept telling me that it hadn't had time to work, give it a little longer. If it had been within 30 minutes ok, but 2 hrs plus later? and it still hasn't begun to work? It's not going to doc. Especially since it was administered by IV!!!!!!!nI was hurting so bad and they did essentially NOTHING to help!!! I've been a supporter of our ER and hospital here. I'm not after this experience! I just pray that when I have to go to the ER again in the future that I can make it to Rockwall!!!!!!!
