I am a healthcare worker myself, working back home, in Kansas, with EMS, as an EMT-A. We were visiting my child's father, for a week before going back to KS. We were staying in Summit, with him working by Big Stone City, so we were new to the area and my child needed quick care. As a mom I was definitely nervous being in a new area. Immediately going into the facility I was made to feel comfortable. By the time my child's visit was over, I was very impressed with all the staff, demonstrating a high work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and effective communication- which is a huge quality i would like to take into consideration, when it comes to being a mom, with my child needing care. I have seen lack of this with many other healthcare facilities. These qualities showcase a commitment to overall excellence! I recommend 100/10 to anyone around the area needing care! The field needs more facilities like this one!
