Sat for four hours, they rushed in and out of the room when I finally was able to get into a room. Swbbaed me walked out of the room without letting me know how long of a wait it would be. Told me my 10 month old was to stay quiet during the swab so she could focus (makes zero sense) and was told I could take the antibiotics given but when i asked my ob since Iu2019m pregnant she told me they were insane and to not take them it could cause heart defects in the baby

I adored everyone I interacted with and I can't say enough good things. I was worried going in because I didn't know what was going on with me or if I'd be taken seriously. I've been sick to my stomach for several days and after experiencing terrible stomach pain my doctor recommended I schedule an appointment here. Not knowing what is wrong with you is scary but these staff members immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to me with the utmost compassion. They put all of my anxiety at ease and I loved that they included me in the steps we were taking. They explained my options to me and included me in forming the plan. They were so considerate and kind. It sounds silly but it really filled my heart to feel so cared for especially during the holiday season. It really meant so much to me and was so helpful. I just can't say enough good things and I hope they know how impactful they are. They deserve all the best things in this world. As a teacher, I hope I can play a role in creating more people like them.

I've received very good care here which is more than I can say for Mercy's ER department which has good doctors but very poor staff.
