red flag the front staff asked me about my address in a really weird way, So where is that you be at? Then said it was about a zip code. I'm 5 minutes away. You could have Googled. Weird.4th red flag, some soap that had to put water in it to make it last. No paper towels. The air dryer comes on in 5-second intervals.5th red flag, no electronics whatsoever. No MyChart. No EpicStatement, No patient portal because there isn't a website. How are you operating????6th red flag, the LPN was so nice, poor thing she's there...so, she's asking me all the same questions I put on my application and guess what she's using to take down my answers? Not a computer. Not a laptop. Not a clipboard. But a journal. Like one from Dollar Tree or Walmart or something like that. Who, what, where do you do that?7th red flag, doc doesn't even have a laptop. He was nice, though. Good bedside manners. He was pretty cool. LPN was super nice too.It feels like it was out of a 1980s/1990s movie or tv show. The paint was peeling everywhere. I only went because it was the closest one to me. It could be because all of the other Urgent Care centers I've been to are living in the 2000s. It's 2025. Please, someone go in there and do some infrastructure because they aint it.constructive criticism. Just a few tweaks, like electronics, will make a huge differenceEdit: had to come back in for my results and the energy was so much better. The doctor had very good bedside manners and thatu2019s always what I look for. Iu2019m going to see a physician.Giving it a 2 bc the doc/nurse were cool

Nurse Practitioner Ernest Amukamara has been seeing since 2013. He has always showed care and concern for me and my health issues. I have been with him so long that he knows me well and are like friends. Knows my whole family as well. Love him for his dedication to me and my family. I appreciate you Ernest. You are the best!! I would leave zero stars if I could but let's start:Arrived at 9:50am with horrible cough, body aches etc clearly looking and sounding sick.Filled out paperwork maybe around 10:30.I was told I would have to pay 150$ due to not reaching my insurance deductible just yet and that didn't make sense to me as I had just brought my child up here a few months ago with the same insurance and paid 50$.I spent almost an hour on the phone with my insurance company trying to reach someone at the front desk ( who was not busy with patients) so my insurance company could explain that they are within the network, only for the person at the front desk to put my insurance company on hold, which resulted in my insurance company losing connection.The lack of professionalism is ridiculous as a so-called health care facility.By this time I'm completely drained, coughing everywhere, can hardly stand, I say okay you not in-network here is 150$Have X-rays done cause clearly my lungs and chest are on fire and filled with somethingWait another 30/35 mins for the doctor to come in listen to my chest and say you have pneumonia or COVID. He does the test and tells me the results will be in Monday as this is a Friday. Give me 4 prescriptions and sends me on my way.It is now 12:35pm.Here it is a whole week has gone by and I still am sick. I've reached out to the clinic multiple times to either be hung up on, told the system is down or either my results aren't in yet. I still am not sure what I have and they are just acting like it's fine.The fact that these people have chosen a career path that involves having the health of others in their hands is clearly a mistake as being someone who used to be apart of that industry, you sign up to care and treat any and all patients regardless, for the most part.This place is only out to collect money from people who clearly are sick and in pain at the moment, without any regard for actually treating them.It should be against the law to allow a clinic to practice medicine like this.Both of my so called diagnosis are highly contagious but they treated as if it was the common cold.I am completely disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism this clinic has.Oh did I say that I'm still coughing and stuff ( whole week later), yeah you guys should be a shame of yourselves truly.

I went in as a walk- in due to a work related emergency. This was my first visit at the location. I was accommodated promptly. The staff was super nice and most importantly the doctor was very professional down to earth and very informative. Docs bedside manner was up to par. Thank you for a great service.

I gave the doctor all the information.... I know I am only a one man woman to my husband. Went for a pregnancy test urine came back negative....it seems like the doctor was rushing so I denied a blood test and then I said go ahead and give to me after he said I need to do it.....going to somewhere else I wouldn't waste my time
