The 3 years I've been going there, I never once seen a doctor only nurse practitioner, which was fine. The problem was they couldn't keep none of them around. I went through six different practitioners the last one I seen was a guy named Ryan (do not accept an appointment with this guy) he told me he didn't have time for all my problems and to give him my top two problems. And this is the first time I have seen him. Speaking from experience, don't even think about calling in for a refill they don't return your calls. and I know. like I said, I went to the dump for over 3 years until I found another clinic that just recently opened Aurora Wellness Center. Ran by Colorado University(a non-profit so it's not all about the money) it's on the same block as Rocky Mountain Internal Medicine. hurry thay won't be accepting new patients much longer. You will be seeing a top notch Doctor that's not afraid to spend as much time as it takes with you

I was told to take a test on my legs so I did . That was almost a month ago. I have left several messages to have my doctor call me or have anyone see if the results are there. After all I had the test taken in the same office. I have left messages with no call backs. I have tried every ext with no answer on any of them. I am just a number there! I The doctor that owns this place should really put his practice in place because itu2019s a mess!

I have been a compliant patient at Rocky Mountain Internal Medicine (RMIM) for approximately 10 years, consistently prescribed both Percocet and Xanax without issue. Despite my stable treatment history, Rachel Skinner, the fill-in provider for my primary care doctor, Amber Gillard, is now forcing me to taper off one or the other. She claims that the government is cracking down on opioid and benzodiazepine prescriptions and that it is u201ctoo dangerousu201d to prescribe them together. This is falseu2014I have taken both medications safely for a decade without adverse effects, and she is fully aware of this. Her decision is not about patient safety but rather bureaucratic control at the expense of proper medical care.nnRachel Skinneru2019s actions violate medical ethics and may be unlawful, including:nnMedical Negligence & Patient Endangerment u2013 Arbitrarily discontinuing a long-term, medically necessary treatment plan without justification.nnADA Violations (42 U.S.C. u00a7 12101 et seq.) u2013 Discriminating against a patient with a chronic medical condition and retaliating by threatening to withhold medication.nnControlled Substances Act Violations (21 U.S.C. u00a7 829) u2013 Prescribers must act in the patientu2019s best interest; forcing discontinuation without medical necessity could be a breach of this obligation.nnInformed Consent Violations u2013 Coercing a patient into discontinuing medication under threat of withholding prescriptions is unethical and potentially unlawful.nnPatient Abandonment u2013 Refusing to provide necessary treatment without a proper referral or transition plan.nnThe Facts:nnThe CDC, FDA, and AMA have explicitly warned against forced tapers for stable patients.nnThe DEA does not prohibit prescribing both medications togetheru2014only proper documentation is required.nnHer justification is baseless and directly contradicts established medical guidelines.nnIf my Xanax prescription is unjustly withheld or if I suffer harm due to her negligence, I will be filing formal complaints with the Colorado Medical Board, DEA, and other regulatory agencies and will pursue legal action to the fullest extent possible.nnRMIM has shown a blatant disregard for ethical medical practice. If you value competent and compassionate healthcare, seek treatment elsewhere.

I was going there for a few years and been through 5 different providers. Thay can't keep their nurse practitioners. I never seen a doctor there. the last nurse practitioner I seen there was a guy named Ryan. ( do not accept an appointment with this guy. He has no business in the medical profession) First time seeing him he told me he doesn't have time for all my problems. He said give me you're top 2 problems. it didn't take me long to realize this guy was clueless. And don't even think about calling in for a refill. They don't return your phone calls. This place is a joke. If you care about your health stay away from this place. So I found a new Clinic ran by Colorado University a non-profit so they're not all about the money it's called Aurora Wellness Center on the same block as Rocky Mountain Internal Medicine this place is 10 times better than Rocky Mountain Internal Medicine it's a new clinic so hurry thay won't be taking new patients for long.

Best doctor Iu2019ve ever encountered and received care from was Dr. Bartley. He had seen my mother and many other women with such great reviews. It was so hard to find good prenatal care, as well as someone that acknowledges concerns and educates in the process! Will continue to commute to this office for the best care and peace of mind as a mother:)
