Why to schedule appointment for COVID-19 testing if they make you wait on the same drive through line with everyone else? Such a waste of everyoneu2019s time. If I had the correct information I would go on a different time. Iu2019m waiting over an hour and had to give all the personal and insurance information again. Honestly, they could make our lives easier and also their lives easier just being organized and giving the correct information on their website and phone.

The facility is impressive and VERY clean. We felt nurtured every step of the way. Each person during our 5 visits since June u201823 has been friendly and knowledgeable from the ladies in the snack bar to the doctor. I especially want to mention Tonya who is the first employees contact. Sheu2019s the perfect person to welcome us. Sheu2019s friendly, patient, and very organized. While waiting, Iu2019ve observed how she deals with patients (and family) who are difficult. She is AWSOME!

The best hospital and staff ever. I had a spinal fusion and I had the best care here compared to other hospitals! They made you feel at home and make sure you have everything you need! The cleaning ladies were super nice and everything smelt so clean and they do a great job as well. Hands down, you will be taken care of here. I will miss the nurses. Thanks again for your care and getting me through my surgery.

My visit to this facility has been a wonderful experience. Itu2019s clean and comfortable . The hospital staff showed compassion and met all my needs with professionalism and care. The staff were all so kind and attentive. From the NP: Miranda, my Nurses: Virginia , Turanda , Yum.. even the cafeteria staff Yazmin and Adrian who made sure that hospital was food was tasty. I will definitely have been satisfied with my care at this facility
