Donna, the receptionist doesn't answer the phone most of the time. I get voice mail more than her actually answering the phone. I spoke with the manager (after contacting Cone 2 times to have him contact me) and he doesn't have a problem with it. Donna is not friendly nor welcoming. For my first visit she told me to come 45 minutes early. I knew then she was someone who couldn't handle her job.nnApparently Donna is unable to multitask. She refuses to use My Chart for communicating with patients. My other doctors do use it and it's very convenient. Again, the manager doesn't have a problem with it her not using it. I have never had to leave a voice message at any doctor office during business hours. Donna is unprofessional.nnDr. Hisada is hard to understand sometimes. She is nice, but I don't want to keep asking her to repeat herself. Nurse Reese is very sweet and professional.nnI will not be returning to that office because of the reasons above.

Did not get the link till after 2 they said they would send it 5 mins till 2 then missed there call trying to get on the link. And when I talked to them said it was probably weather. It was raining hard he said he could not talk to me for 45 minutes he needs the whole hour. So they saying I got a $50 no show I talked to him at 211 so I told them what I thought.

Wow. What a shining exemplification of the Hippocratic Oath, let me tell you. I don't even know how the doctors are because the receptionist was do hostile and condescending that I couldn't even listen to her venomous snark any longer and had no choice but to give her the click and post this review. One of the prompts on the menu tells you what number to call if you are having a mental health crisis after hours. It should give you warning that if you're not actively in crisis, you very well might be by the time you try to get past the evil guardian at the gate/receptionist lady. How miserable do you have to be to work in that kind of doctor's office and try to talk down to and condescend to potential patients? Much less potential paying customers?! Actually pretty sad.

Absolutely horrible they refused to see my grand daughter because I am her legal guardian and I am deaf totally humiliating
