I've had about 5 experiences with this group and all have been excellent. They have been especially helpful managing my prescriptions, a complicate situation. I especially like the professionalism of the 2 nurse practicianers (Connie?) who are very proactive and quick to recognize symptoms which I tended to miss. I'm new to LA and having a competent medical team has been very important to me.

I don't know what type of clinic this is but the truth is I will change my children to another clinic... they denied me medical care for my children who are sick because according to the women who answer the phone there are no appointments available for two weeks. How is it possible that they deny medical attention to children knowing that they are sick, so what is the point of having a family doctor if they are not going to care for you when you need it. I have to pay for a private clinic to treat my children or take them to the hospital because here at this clinic they don't want to treat them, it's too much, I'm going to report them to my health plan...very bad care, I don't recommend this clinic. Here your children have to wait two weeks if they are sick, how is this possible... an illness cannot wait two weeks, especially in children. I could understand if it were a physical check-up, but a general consultation with the doctor for an illness and waiting two weeks for treatment is too much...someone has to do something about it. I will definitely change clinics.
