Itu2019s challenging to say enough good things about Healthy Living Primary Care. I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I have gone to Dr Joshi. He is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He gets to the cause of the health issue rather than simply dealing with the symptoms.nSumzana, his nurse practitioner is also very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate there being a woman practitioner for any female issues that arise.nThe staff is so helpful and kind, too. Kayla, the office manager is one of my favorite humans. Her caring nature helped me through a couple of difficult times. Shes really gone above and beyond.nI am so very grateful a friend of mine recommended Dr Joshi to me 3 years ago when my primary care doctor retired. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and have to my family and friends.

This office has been the absolute worst to deal with, and I was never even seen by a doctor. My appointment was rescheduled twice (the first receptionist I spoke to tried her best to dissuade me from even making an appointment with them), and the second appointment was set for two weeks further away. Unfortunately, nobody else is accepting new patients in my area, and I really needed to find a PCP for some ongoing issues I have. I received a call an hour before my third appointment that my doctor had quit over the weekend and nobody could see me. But the truly disgusting part was the voicemail I was left by the receptionist stating u201cyou should just find another doctoru2019s officeu201d. Apparently the staff at this location are doing everything in their power not to actually help anyone at all, which is a bit counter productive for the field theyu2019ve chosen to work in. If you need treatment, stay away from this place. Everyone in that office is so apathetic to the suffering of others that you probably wonu2019t get adequate care even if you do make it in the door.

I mailed a check at the beginning of July for my husbands bill, and it is now mid August and it has still not been deposited. I have called the main number 5 times and they always tell me someone will call me back. Never got one phone call back. Called again yesterday and was asked if I called the number they gave me. No, because I was never given a number to call. They gave me that number. I called it yesterday, and was told someone would call me this morning. Never got a call back of course. Called again today, and just kept getting laughed at. Iu2019ve never had to go through so much trouble just to pay a bill before, especially one for healthcare services. You are better off going to an immediate care center, at least you wonu2019t have to call them for your test results after waiting a week (like my husband did), and you wonu2019t have to fight them just to pay your bill.
