Dr Levitin is a wonderful doctor, and I'd absolutely give her 5 stars. I have been a patient of hers for years now. She is kind, helpful, intelligent, and genuinely listens to me and offers solutions and reasonable treatments. I always find her presence very calming, which is important because I have anxiety issues. I've also seen a couple of other doctors once or twice, who have since retired from this practice.nnHowever, unfortunately the communication and billing at this office have been problematic for me for several years now, and I'd give that 1 star. There have been several times when I have left a message with the front office staff to have a doctor or nurse call me, and they did not get the message. Also, I have had at least one issue each year with incorrect and/or duplucate billing in the past three years. And when I've contacted either the in-house billing staff or the off-site company, nobody could tell me the exact problem. I actually went into the office this week to sort out the differing amounts due on invoices after multiple inquiries. It is still not resolved.nnSo that's the reason for my honest 3-star review. Yes, I adore my doctor and I hope to keep seeing her. But if CAMS cannot straighten out their billing and communication issues, I unfortunately will have to look elsewhere... and that saddens me as a long time patient.nnWill update if problems are resolved.

The worst. Office never calls back. Dr. Soni Didnu2019t show up to have stitches removed. Office member said to schedule another day. For your physical and mental health, stay away from here.

PATIENT BEWARE! Depending on your doctor, you may be taken back and seen fairly quickly or they may take you in back, take your vitals, then make you sit....and wait....I've waited so long, when I was finished, the place was closed! Service can be inconsistent. If you happen to call for a med refill it takes the nurse days to return your call and more time to get them to call it in! Sometimes they NEVER do at all! And you have to leave a message with reception and they send an email to the nurse. Need a copy of your records? Forget it. Supposedly there is a records dept in the building. But apparently there is NO phone in it! When I needed records, my attorney called to request the records dept to no avail. All they could do was fax a request..No phone number? But there is a person processing requests-why can't I speak with them?! I called after a month to try myself, and they said to just fax the request and it would take 3 weeks to process.(!!). I tried and tried to make direct contact w/ the dept to see if they even received my request but was told that there was no one to speak with. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?!?. After another month, my records were NEVER sent. If you cannot depend on a dr or the staff-go somewhere else! Thankfully I only have to go here for a short time.
