Trying to obtain my prescription for over a week and despite being told numerous times my prescription will be at pharmacy in two days it is still not there.No one answers the phone and when they take messages to pass on they do not call me back.I do not have confidence in this set up at all.I need this medication and am suffering after missing it for a week and it is still ongoing.This is a clown set up.Is anyone going to call before I die from lack of meds.A totally unprofessional set up.nI read your response to contact you directly,I have done that several times over past week asking for Julia Lieman to contact or order my meds,spoke to a chap who was going to pass my request on,requesting a call back from Julia,all go unanswered.I had Walgreens tell me they would contact my provider and it would be read for collection last Friday!Is this a serious set up or circus,does anyone do the job of providing a service?Certainly not in my experience.Are you telling me if I contact provider direct yet again things will be different and I will get my meds?

Went for my Primary care healthcare appointment and for checking my Blood pressure...Cholesterol....and for my preventive Vaccination...My Primary care doctor Neev Shah was very kind and awesome and took care of my routine medical tests. The hospital staff was also very friendly...Kudos to this wonderful Hospital South Boston Community Health Center for their Health services..

As a patient, I felt like my privacy was violated. I went to the urgent care, and I had to collect urine, and while using the restroom, I heard the MA's were gossiping about my diagnosis. I don't know if I should sue the place or the administration there?
