From the moment you walk in, youu2019re met with kindness and respect.nnDr. Bunney has been my primary physician for nearly 20 years, and his incredible team, including Dr. Maceri and the compassionate nursing staff, truly prioritize patient care.nnA special thank you to Catherine in billingu2014she is simply amazing. She goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless insurance experience, tackling any issues with patience, dedication, and expertise. When I recently faced a coverage change, she took the time to thoroughly assess my account, ease my concerns, and resolve everything efficiently. Her commitment and kindness make all the difference.

The billing staff are very rude. Some one called me and said there is a balance for my family. I paid everything by end of Jan close to $800. Looks like it didn't include the visits in Jan, from the beginning of the call to end of the call, the lady was threatening me on the balance. I am a very longtime client of Dr.Bunney and he does a great job, but the front desk or accounting staff are very very rude

Today, I had a frustrating experience with Troy Medical Clinic, which seems to have become too focused on money. I called the front desk to request authorization for a prescription refill, but instead of responding properly, they simply asked me to come to the clinic. Upon arrival, I was taken to a patient room, even though I repeatedly told them that I was feeling fine and did not require any treatment. However, they ignored my concerns and proceeded with unnecessary formalitiesu2014I was asked to fill out a form, and they checked my weight, height, and blood pressure.nnIn the end, I was charged a $20 co-pay and was only then informed that my prescription refill had been authorized for CVS Pharmacy. I have never been charged by any primary care provider for a simple prescription refill before. This experience felt like an unnecessary and exploitative way to charge patients, and it left me deeply disappointed with the clinic's approach.

I am 42 and have been coming here to see Dr. Bunney since I was a child. I continue coming as an adult not just because of the conveniences offered by the clinic, but the way he never rushes away or blows me off when I need to talk to him about something that's going on. Those medical issues that aren't as straight forward as the flu, that require more investigation. I have also had great experiences with the new Nurse Practitioners that have joined the practice. I can't see myself ever seeking care elsewhere.
