A tremendous experience with Brightstar. Had to travel and coordinate care while visiting, paperwork was easy and handled very quickly, and nurse visits we're scheduled on short notice. They even went out of their way to provide care on a holiday when I wasn't sure I would be able to have treatment.

This place is remarkable. I have been a personal care assistant for a little over a month. I have worked at a lot of jobs in my lifetime, one that treated you with the kindness are care that this corporation does. They bend over backwards to make you feel special and appreciated.I was in the office one day awaiting to talk to someone. Three other people came up to me to make sure I was being helped.I had an issue my first day. I did as told call if you need anything. I needed advice and they were with me every step of the way. Whether it is a Sunday--midnight---or any other time.They periodically call you to make sure things are going smooth and if you need anything at all.This place goes above and beyond.
