Iu2019m going to start by saying this was by far the best hospital stay I have ever experienced! We made our arrival at 9pm for possible contractions. It was made clear within 10 minutes of arrival I was not going home and in fact was about to have a baby! The staff had been so quick and efficient at getting my husband and I settled into our room and introducing themselves. They made sure all the paperwork had been started and signed before things got hectic. I truly had some of the best nurses. Sami and Gabby had helped me and my husband in so many ways and always made sure we had everything we needed. This is my first child and I was terrified with no idea with what to expect. They made sure I was taken care of and I didnu2019t leave with any unanswered questions. The hospital food was actually really good and filling! The housekeeping had all been so sweet and always kept our trash empty and our room cleaned. If I could rate this hospital higher I would in a heartbeat!

I gave birth here about a month ago and I could go on and on about how amazing my experience here was! I had a very fast labor where I gave birth only five to ten minutes after arriving at the hospital, and my team was so responsive and reassuring throughout that ordeal. The nurses and doctors were wonderful after I gave birth too, always going above and beyond to make sure my needs and my baby's were met. Everyone was so kind, sweet, and funny, and I know if I ever got pregnant again, St. Mary's would be at the top of my list to deliver at. I absolutely recommend this location to any expecting mommas out there! I am so appreciative of all the incredible people here who took such good care of my little one and me!

I had neck surgery here Feb 6th, 2025. The staff was amazing! Everyone from my pre op appointment, to surgical pre op and post op recovery team , was caring and competent. I felt your team was attentive to every detail and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. The anathesiologt, and surgeon, Dr J. Maslak were amazing.nAfter surgery, I had the same daytime nurse for 2 days. Her name was Crina, and she was so caring and compassionate. Although she had several other patients, she was able to juggle us all, giving efficient and loving care. She continually checked back with me, making sure I was comfortable and to see if she could do anything for me.nMy night nurse was the complete opposite.nWhen Crina walked in the next day, after a miserable night, I almost cried with relief.n99% of the staff here is the very best, and I was impressed and grateful for the care I received!

Our daughter at 8 months pregnant was rushed to St. Mary's in Livonia (Now Trinity Health) for an emergency C-Section. I can not say enough about the staff in the Birthing Center in their ability to get her into the operating room promptly and successfully perform the C-Section giving us a beautiful 5lb baby girl. The personal touch and attention especially the after care the four days they were in the hospital was second to none. We are so grateful for all the Birthing Center staff at St. Mary's that took great care of our daughter and grand daughter. Thank You!!!!

I came to Trinity Health for Shingles on my face. I was told it would take u201canywhere 5 minutes to 5 hoursu201d when I asked the extremely rude triage nurse for the wait time. I waited 20 minutes and then told the receptionist that I was leaving and I returned my identification bracelet. I did not receive care and I went to another hospital. Iu2019ve now received a bill for $475 for Trinity Health and Iu2019ve called several times to explain that I was not seen. The u201chighest review boardu201d said I need to pay the bill and the total charges are correct. This is fraudulent and wrong. Do not go here.
