Was so thankful they took great care of me. I walked in, filled out my intake paperwork and was in a room within 30 minutes. I have been in a lot of pain and have not had a good nightu2019s sleep in a few days. They evaluated my issue sent my order straight over to CVS for pick up and I began healing up. They were quick, efficient, and very pleasant. Most importantly, I feel so much better now.

Pros: convenient location on the pike if youu2019re in Rockville area, clean, modern aesthetic inside, polite receptionist, convenient that you can check in ahead online to save some time from doing paperwork in person, they also text you a link to fill out. You can reserve your appt day of ahead. Pretty easy to use interface for their reservation site.nnAreas of needed improvement: 1. Although the staff had a pleasant tone, they need to do a WAY better job of listening to their patients. I mentioned I wanted to get tested to know if I had a viral or bacterial infection and they ONLY gave me a strep (one type of bacterial) test. 2. The PA who saw me kept interrupting me as I was explaining my concerns; you could tell she was in a rush to get me out. They assumed I had bad allergy symptoms like everyone else they saw that day- while itu2019s a likely case, thatu2019s not up to them to decide- what if I actually did have an infection that went untreated due to their rapid assumption? Disappointed in the quality of care provided here.

I visited MedStar and the process was very quick. It didn't take long to get me registered in the system. I got seen fairly quickly and had the meds I needed available for pick up soon after at my preferred pharmacy. I would recommend this clinic!
