Top to bottom compassionate and quality health care! Everyone performed in a matter that one should expect in a hospital setting. From the time I checked in to discharge, it was a marvelous experience. My observation of Dr. Malamundu2019s interaction with other patients almost brought tears to my eyes, and then thirty minutes later he introduced himself as my doctor. Just remarkable. He knows what Iu2019m referring to and his support crew know as well. Gold stars, blue ribbons and red balloons to all. Thanks.

They've recently made some changes to the ER it's looks great and the entire process system to get in be seen get treated and discharged ( as of yet my experience has been) is pretty quick! Of course understand you'll be there 2-4 hrs depending on the need still I was in and out of there in about 2 hrs. The staff attending me all seem to be nicer relaxed and professional. This time my experience there was good! Keep up the awesome job!

The staff from the moment I walked , in extreme pain, into the emergency room to the moment I was discharged, four days later, I had the best most courteous, professional, caring staff of receptionists, nurses, PAs , surgeons, radiology and lab techs, and CNA's even the cleaning staff caring for the cleanliness of my room were friendly. I thank everyone i came in contact with for your help and care in making me better.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Came to the ER on 5/27/25 around 11:30am and barely got a bed until 7pm. Wasn't admitted to the hospital officially until 12am. The nurses inside the hospital as well as the ER are either short staffed or something cause they take such a long time to follow-up. Never had such a horrible experience inside a hospital. The biggest issue is they dont have some medications for epileptic's and had to bring some from home. Because of that im out and will be going to UCLA.

Excellent experience staff and personnel went above and beyond to find the diagnose get me quickly into the surgery room and successfully remove the problem instead of just minimum the urgent and critical need for care with a bandaid. As other ER did so and sent me on my way. I believe Angels work in that ER. No doubt! Thank you I'm so grateful. I'm completely restored my faith in God and my medical Health professional recently visited the ER on an ongoing undiagnosed reoccurring problem I had since June. I also been to the best hospital in the Los Angeles county. California medical center
