Leaving 2 stars.nDr. Cotter is an amazing doctor.nHowever, her nurse is someone else!nIu2019ve never been treated as low as she treated me.nA very rude lady.nIf I was the business owner, thereu2019s no way sheu2019d ever represent my company.nThere are a lot of people the would appreciate to have her position.nYou can attract bees a lot easier with honey than you can vinegar.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT with any real health concerns.nEvery time I go in here I question it. The Lobby is dirty, the receptionist is very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled at 930, showed up early, sat in the waiting room for a while then got taken back where the nurse asked what I was being seen for and then very obviously not listening to anything I was saying, interrupted me to tell me the NP would be in shortly. 20 minutes later I got up and left. I had to be to work and by this time it was 25 minutes after my scheduled app with out even the slightest hey weu2019re a little behind. THEY ARE THERE FOR A PAYCHECK NOT TO HELP YOU. I told her I had to leave and rudely she said ok Iu2019ll let her know. Going in I was hoping to get some physical things I need to take care of so to be so disregarded, I am furious.
