Dr. Burkhead herself is a phenomenal doctor. She is trustworthy, thorough and has helped with a so many health issues. The clinic as a whole (desk representative, prescription and referral processing times, organization, communication, and customer service is terrible). Youu2019ll never get your prescriptions filled in time, they donu2019t answer the phone, getting a doctors appointment takes months, their office hours change often and youu2019ll never know if they are open or closed for the day, the desk representatives are rude, and be prepared to be on hold on the phone for 30 mins. Working with them is a hassle and I do not recommend this clinic as a result. I personally will be finding I new doctor.

This is a horrible clinic and they charge multiple times for a visit that is supposed to be covered under annual check up. Even after calling many times, they do not respond. This clinic is a big scam and not trustworthy at all. Would highly suggest to stay away from this.

Awful place. The doctor who shall for the moment go unnamed wasn't bashful about repeatedly commenting on my weight and being very inappropriate. Not only that but he scared me half to death about a non issue. Is this how they do things now??

Horrible people who work here they don't answer their phone I called for a whole week straight to 10am -3pm no answers this is the most unacceptable clinic ever doctors too lazy to look at their voicemails I left at least 30ndon't ever look for this place for help because they simply don't care about their patients
