The outside of this building looks aged, the inside, while not modern, is clean, welcoming. doctors and staff were very pleasant caring and courteous. Being close to Christmas the waiting room was wonderfully decorated, it was a pleasure to sit and wait just a few minutes before I got to go in for my stitches. I barely had enough time to fill out the brief paperwork before they called me in; it was pretty quiet when I went in mid day on a Wednesday. While I was in the Patient room they were always apologetic if they left me alone for more than a minute or so but it did not take long at all for the complete process, I donu2019t think Iu2019ve never had an urgent care visit For me or a family member before, where I thought u201cI really like this place!u201d

Best experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care/primary care office! The entire staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. It was such a pleasant experience especially with Dr. Susan Fochler. She was awesome! Very caring and knows her stuff! I'm making her my primary care physician from now on! It was that nice!

Yesterday I believed I called to see if they were taking in New patients and because I have been calling around to so many different places.. I may have forgot which office I had an appointment with.nnDecided to drive to the office and spoke with the front desk and she was very kind even though she couldn't find my appointment time ( which may have been true). She told me to have a seat and she was going to check with the doctor after asking what was my reason for visit. I had a white streak of plaque in my throat that I wanted to ensure it wasn't Strep.nnShe came back out and said to me to fill out my paper work and I will get to be seen by a doc today.nI filled out my info, had my insurance card and photo ID ready, all in about 15-20 mins I was called to go in the back.nnThe office was small and intimate with about maybe 5-6 patient rooms. Caroline checked my blood pressure, asked me questions and immediately built rapport. Moved me to another room and did a swab test. I waited for another 10 mins and the Doc came in and said the test came out negative. Gave me antibiotics and I was on my way.nnI happen to be their last patient for the day! I would recommend this office as they were patient, helpful, kind, and had a pretty clean space (just a tad small).

I drove in from out of town with an acute sinus infection needing some medical care for relief of my symptoms. I initially went to Concentra Urgent Care in Pleasanton where I was told it would be a 1-2 hour wait as they are only worried about their big payers ie. occupational health. I decided to go to STAT MED urgent care instead. From the moment I arrived until I departed, I was treated professionally and with compassion. I think I was in and out from registration to check out in about 30 minutes. Read all the positive reviews, go here!

In the morning i was able to make a same day appt later in the afternoon, whichy was GREAT. Then when i arrived i was amazed that i was seen almost immediately, to which i credit the staff.nI have been dealing with my symptoms for the past 30 years, so i was not expecting for the doctor to provide a cure; however, i am getting the feeling that this team is truly trying to get LISTEN to my concerns.
