Front desk staff - amazing!nMA - AMAZING!nNurse Practitioner - a total joke. My daughter was seen for vomiting on and off for the past 3 days. The nurse practitioner came in (didnu2019t knock first by the way, which we thought was odd). She did not examine my daughter, spoke over us, and alluded to my daughter having an eating disorder. Which is absolutely not the case and so incredibly unprofessional. Even if a medical professional is concerned about a potential E.D., there is a right way and a wrong way to approach the subject. This woman was not compassionate at all. She was condescending and rude, made us felt rushed and didnu2019t even listen to the full history over the last 3 days. My daughter is sick. If she DID have an eating disorder, I would file a formal complaint against this woman for her approach. No bedside manner. And again - NO EXAM! I will never come back. It was ridiculous.

My 6 year old was complaining of stomach pain. I did a telemed visit and they said because of his symptoms he would have to be seen in person. Someone texted me and scheduled an appointment for 10:20a. We arrived at the appointment 10 mins early and checked in. I did notice there were a few walk-ins waiting. After waiting about 20 mins my son had thrown up twice, and they knew because an emesis bag was given, and all of the walk-ins had been seen. So I decided to ask if they were any type of priority when the telemed dr sends you all notice that the patient needs to be seen in person and has an appointment. They proceeded to tell me that there isnu2019t a priority that weu2019re still on walk-in basis, which I donu2019t understand why they have appointments available and a person scheduling them if they donu2019t u201cdo appointments and are walk-in onlyu201d. The medical staff wasnu2019t as bad but I would still 10/10 NEVER recommend Access Medical to ANYONE! Also my son was diagnosed with the flu and we werenu2019t given any type of discharge paperwork. Iu2019ve never had the flu in my 33 years of life.. the paperwork is expected!!

The quality of care was excellent, but the wait times were unreasonably long. Despite an empty waiting room and no visible activity to justify the delay, I was not seen until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I ended up spending two and a half hours at the office instead of the planned one and a half. As a result, I had to cancel two meetings. While I appreciate the quality of care, the extended wait times make it impossible for me to choose Urgent Care Access Medical Center on a regular basis.

The reception lady, the guy who took my vitals and the doctor who wrote my scripts were very patient and personable. They made me feel comfortable and are fast at providing great service. For all of your urgent/ minor care needs Access on Riverside is the best!

Incredibly slow!! They were not sanitary either. There was dried blood on the bed, The doctor was touching my sonu2018s wound, and kept cross contaminated with her gloves. She opened cabinet doors, reached into glass jars, went out of the room to get something, and came back in and didnu2019t change her gloves.
