This was the first time I have been to this urgent care. As a previous healthcare worker I have seen the nightmare urgent cares can be. My experience at this clinic was the best ever. The staff were very kind, cared about me and the efficiency was superb! Just wish I could have the physician as a primary provider!!!!

I went in for pre employment TB testing. Nurse was great with the needle I'm usually very hard to draw blood from but she got it first try! Left very small bruise just cause my vein likes to wiggle but went away the next day! She was sweet and listened to me when I gave advice! And I was in the waiting room as a walk in at 10a and they got me in after 10min! Very quick easy and overall great experience.

The staff was pleasant enough, but extremely disorganized and lacking a feeling of professionalism. My appt was scheduled for 12:30. I was not called back until 1:18. Initially it went ok, but then I had an eye exam, I thought it was all good, they moved me to another room, I waited for over 15 minutes for the doctor to come in. The staff didnu2019t record my eye results, so the doctor stated they would have to re-test my eyes. She left, 10 min later a young kid came in, had me read off a card a few times, he left the room. Another several minutes passed and then another staff member came in stating that I needed to re-do all my paperwork questions because it didnu2019t save in the system. The doctor returned about 10-minutes later, still was unable to see the results of my vision screen because the second staff-member also failed to write down the results. Long story short, for what should have been about a 30-45 minute physical, turned into almost 3 hours.

I went here for a new job Pre-Employment Physical, drug testing, and titers. The company I'm working for set it up for me. This place is also an Urgent Care. I was told I had to l scheduled an appointment, so I did, for 10:00 AM. I was not seen until 12:00 PM. There was only one provider, and I was told they were a float and got hit with a bunch of Urgent Care people that morning and one was having serious issues. I am a nurse and advocated for myself. I kept asking and the said I was next. Meanwhile people were coming in and being called back before me. I asked what is going on? I asked can you at least draw my blood and get the urine sample so I don't have to do it after I see the provider. They checked and they did that. I was told the people coming in and being brought back before me where drug tests.nnThe staff was great!!! The time thing was concerning.nnJust be wary of Urgent Care if you're going for a pre employment physical.

I had a walk in pre employment testing and the process was easy and super fast. Appreciated the clean facility and helpful staff. Parking was available right out front, after completing an electronic sign in, I was out in less than 25 mins. Conveniently located and open up on time. Also appreciate the 8am opening hour which allowed me to keep my current commitments with no conflict.
