I have heard so many bad stories about Grady however experiencing them yourself you find out they're all true I am grateful for what they did when I needed them but after the care I've had no one look at my surgery or even schedule anything to look at my surgery basically you're just hung out to dry everything takes forever and I have patience but waiting for transportation they leave you there for up to 3 hours and then they will give you a free ride home with Uber because they take forever and then sometimes they don't even show up to pick you it was just a really horrible experience that I would never like to repeat again. The people are nice the nurses are great but they're protocol and how the business is run is just so low quality. And getting anyone to sign my back to work order literally took from January until.... Because no it's not signed yet and the hospital basically told the insurance company to stop bothering them about it. Never never will I go there again after I find a replacement for my specialist.

I recently visited a close friend who was giving birth at Grady Memorial, and during that time, I had the privilege of witnessing the incredible care provided by a nurse named Angie. I wasnu2019t the patient, but even as a visitor, I could see just how extraordinary she is.nnAngie went above and beyond in every way. She was calm, focused, and deeply compassionateu2014not just with the mother, but with everyone in the room. She explained things with patience, offered constant reassurance, and carried herself with the kind of quiet strength that puts everyone at ease.nnWatching her care for my friend during one of the most intense and vulnerable moments of her life was deeply moving. Angie was more than a nurseu2014she was an anchor, a guide, and a steady hand when it was needed most.nnGrady is lucky to have someone so selfless, skilled, and full of heart on their labor and delivery team. People like Angie are the reason hospitals feel a little more human. She truly deserves every honor and recognition for the work she does!

I believe I'm getting transferred to a rehabilitation center today, just wanted to leave I flowers before I go ,Grady staff have been nothing but Marvelous. They care they not going to rush you out they want to make sure you leave in the best health possible. I'm vouching for the 5th floor. They took care of me and the PT physician worked with me step by step and never tried to make me do more than I could

Grady has a world, renowned reputation of being one of the top trauma hospitals. ud83cudfe5 I can tell you experientially that the employees and facility are top-notch. They serve the city of Atlanta unlike any other medical facility. I personally know one of their ambulance drivers and he has very positive opinions as an employee as well. Amazing blessing to the people of Atlanta ud83dudcafud83eudd47ud83dudc3a

Grady has the worst security I have ever seen. I was sitting in the Starbucks across from security on my phone enjoying the night when security yelled at me & told me to leave in front of all the customers. I was trying to figure out what I wanted from there only to be treated like a dog. I will never come to this hospital ever again in my life. They need more training on how to treat people. If I could give them zero stars I would! It happened on 4/25/25 around 8 pm. The tall lady. Very unprofessional!
