Had a great experience, on a late Saturday. it was fast and easy. My daughter was taken care very quickly and the dr and staff are great. I love the easy check in and the fact that they close at 10pm

The first time I came here during the holiday season I saw an Indian doctor and he was AMAZING. He was kind, funny and gentle with my kid. I came here today right when they opened and it didnu2019t even seem like the same place! The front desk and MA were RUDE. The doctor came in huffing and puffing about even having to be here todayu2026.he had no bed side manners at all. He went Straight into the exam without even putting gloves on. He used the light to look inside of my childu2019s ears and didnu2019t switch the plastic tip before trying to look in his mouth. I let the front desk, staff and the doctor know my child had autism, and he was being extremely rough without any regard for how my child was feeling, considering he was sick. When he got to his mouth, he didnu2019t switch out the plastic tip and tried to put the light in his mouth and was trying to force his mouth open. I told him thatu2019s okay we didnu2019t need to look since my child was screaming and upset about how forceful he was being. My kid was scared to death. I reminded the doctor that has autism and he exasperatedly told me u201cyeah I knowu201d and rolled his eyes. He then said we could use a syringe to squirt the medicine in the back of his mouth. When I told him I wasnu2019t comfortable with that because last time my child choked when someone tried to do that, he rolled his eyes at me for wanting to put his medicine in a cup of juice. By the end, he was shocked to see that my son had drank it all without having to be forced. what a shocker! I thanked him because I have customer service skills and manners and he said u201cyeah.u201d I also had to ask all follow-up and aftercare questions since he didnu2019t tell me anything. If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you donu2019t like kids then maybe you shouldnu2019t be a pediatric doctor. The front desk and MAs could also use a refresher class of empathy and customer service skills.

Went in for my child's ear ache with no appointment. They got us in pretty much directly after finishing the paperwork and we saw the doctor or nurse within minutes. Super fast and efficient. Not the first time we have been there and probably not the last.

Took my toddler son to this Urgent Care because he had a persistent cough that wouldn't stop and with his reactive airway (and asthmatic symptoms), I wanted to be sure nothing else was going on. The check in process is very easy and quick. Takes a few minutes and is done through your mobile phone. The paperwork (forms) are filled out online so that they're already loaded into the system. You can even see where in line you are which really helps manage wait time in the lobby. He was called to the back soon enough and vitals were taken and we were sat in a room waiting for a provider who came in a few minutes later. The provider listened to my concerns and gave him a thorough check and although my son was in very good health, the provider asked if I wanted to be precautionary with additional medication to help curb the cough. I said yes, and then we were on our way. This Urgent Care took excellent care to treat my child well (parents too) and comforted and encouraged him every step of the way. I definitely appreciated the way the staff handled his care with compassion and joy. I fully recommend taking your kids here. It's worth the trip.

Last November, we had our second visit to this urgent care. The first visit was absolutely fine, no complaints. The second time was a completely different story. I brought my three kids who were all sick. We got there early before they even opened, because I wanted to make sure we could be in and out as quickly as possible. While checking in, the front desk person told me it was going to be $300 ($100 copay for each child). I was floored! My copay for an in-network UC is $15 per visit and thatu2019s what we paid the first time. They tried to convince me that I had a plan that I certainly did not have or ever had. I had my insurance card, which says my plan and copays right on it, I pulled up my benefits online, and even got a rep on the phone to speak to this person. The rep was equally as confused as I was and could not figure out what they were talking about. Two hours have now gone by and my kids are coughing and crying and Iu2019m furious. Iu2019m told that we will not be seen unless I pay the $300. I was desperate, so I went ahead and paid it, while making it very clear that this was not right and that I would be back for my $255 refund once our claims finalized. We wait and wait and finally get taken back, weu2019re seen by an assistant and Iu2019m still sitting there, expecting to see a doctor. I ask, then they say that there is no doctor on site and that there was nothing they could do for us today. Continue Tylenol, use a humidifier, etc. At this point, Iu2019m fuming mad! We were there for three hours, I was incredibly overcharged, and we didnu2019t even see a doctor.nnI ended up taking my kids to their regular pediatrician and they could not believe the experience we had. My one child, who has asthma, got a breathing treatment and a prescription nose spray to help with the post nasal drip that he was having, which was contributing to a lot of the coughing he was having with this virusu2026 We will never be back to All Kids Urgent Care and I will never recommend them to another parent. We did end up getting our refund, which took months to finally talk to someone and we had to wait for a specific higher up person to approve the refund.
