I went to Rapid Care Urgent Care expecting a long wait and rushed care, but I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Within a short time, I was called back by a kind nurse who actually took the time to ask how I was feeling beyond just the usual medical questions.The best part was my interaction with the doctor, who not only addressed my concerns but also made me feel at ease with a bit of humor. It was a small moment, but it made me feel like more than just another patient on a list.From start to finish, I was in and out much faster than most other urgent cares Iu2019ve been to, all without feeling rushed. If you need quick, compassionate care, I highly recommend this place!

I had to bring in my pregnant wife for what we assumed was food poisoning. Waited about 2.5 hours- in their warm lobby. No air conditioning whatsoever. I thought sure it'll kick in any minute.Finally get called back to the room, the dr says she is severely dehydrated. So he requests an iv to replenish fluids lost from the vomiting and diarrhea. Let me tell you, the dr couldn't find one nurse with iv training, the one he did find didn't even know how to remove the plastic around the adhesive bandaid that goes over the needle. The worst part that really pissed me off was when he said, can you check the iv and once it gets to a certain level, let us know, or when it stops to leak let me know? I replied with im not a dr or nurse to be checking those things, isn't that their job to check every so often on THEIR patients? Who am i to be checking and monitoring it instead of their own staff, ive never had a dr tell me to keep an eye on their own equipment- JOB. They even let the iv bag drain til empty, isn't that bad, air going into your vein? This place is a joke that really isn't funny. I would rate it 0 stars but that isn't an option. Please if you care for your family member or yourself enough, drive those extra miles to another nearby urgent care. This place is getting worse with each review. If the owner is reading this, please invest in better quality equipment, staff, and get that AC fixed, we're burning in here. One more thing, they leave the door open with no sense of privacy for their patients. People walking by looking in as my wife lays there with her iv. Please do better.

I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care, despite being initially hesitant due to negative reviews. Iu2019m so glad I decided to give it a chance. My visit was efficient and pleasant from start to finish. Maria at the front desk was incredibly kind, and Jesus quickly took all the patients back, took my vitals, and had a room ready in no time. Even though there were seven people ahead of me, the teamu2019s efficiency made it seem like no one was waiting. Nurse Ruthy and Dr. Azzawi were both friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I went in at 11 pm and was out by 12 am. I highly recommend this place!

The doctors were very rude and unprofessional. Maybe this female doctor is a racist to all other races besides her own. Me and my son made a joke then the doctor came in and asked why we were laughing before leaving to play her phone. When my son was ready I asked for the doctor but she kept sitting there and play her mobile device laughing all time.Then the nurse said the doctor will be with you when she is ready. Then the doctor with 2 nurses sat at front desk laughing and talking in Spanish. Then after they finished the joke she came in and then she came in angry. She checked just 1 min. Later I talked to her asking for not liquid medicine. My son wanted solid medicine and she said donu2019t take to me talk to the pharmacy. I am wondering how she becomes a doctor. Supervisor please check the cameras. Then u know whatu2019s kind doctor u hired.
