I really appreciate that you can make appointments onlineu2014itu2019s quick, convenient, and has always worked well for me. Iu2019ve never had any issues with the doctors; theyu2019re always friendly, professional, and attentive.nnHowever, the medical assistants are another story. The customer service at the front is disappointingu2014staff often seem uninterested and unwelcoming. On one occasion, a young woman came in the room wearing a stained hoodie, which gave off a very unprofessional impression. When youu2019re in a healthcare setting, cleanliness and presentation matter. Itu2019s important to show up to work looking clean, put together, and ready to help people.nnI hope management takes note, because this place has great potential if the front-end staff and the medical assistance could match the quality of the doctors.

I was seen quickly today. Ruth, the NP, was helpful and kind, and the guy at the front desk also had a nice welcoming and helpful demeanor. The medical assistant was professional and nice too. This location has been my go to for urgent care for years, and I continue to be pleased.

I visited the Owings Mills express care a few weeks ago. The nurse practitioner (not doctor) diagnosed me with the flu and a sinus infection. Next, I was prescribed antibiotics as well as some other medications and took them as prescribed. 10 days or so later, I still had a sinus infection. I called to get another round of antibiotics or whatever would be needed to cure the infection. They said theyu2019ll have to bill me all over again as a new visit after I had already been charged over $600 for the first visit. Needless to say, I didnu2019t go back and I never will. They were no help at all. They took my money and ran. I suggest before anyone goes for a visit, definitely ask what the plan of action will be if the medication doesnu2019t help. If they say,u201dcall and weu2019ll call in a different prescriptionu201d, get it in writing. If they donu2019t guarantee relief for your ailment, Iu2019d definitely try somewhere else. Not to mention, the whole place was filthy.

I went in for a tetanus shot after cutting myself. I was initially billed $250 for a laceration because there was a misunderstanding and they thought I needed stitches. When I received the shot I was told that they should have only charged me $75 because I was not being seen for the cut itself and that they would refund me the extra money. After waiting while the woman at the front desk talked to her manager I was given the phone where I was told that because the nurse had asked the doctor about which shot I needed, I was being charged the $250 for a laceration consultation and the $75 for the tetanus shot bringing my total to $325. No doctor ever came into my room. The nurse saw me was very pleasant and friendly though.

Iu2019ve never had a problem getting in and out here. I think longest Iu2019ve ever been here was an hour total and thatu2019s because I did a walk in. The staff is always super nice and professional. The doctors they have come in are the exact same way.
