I have to say Dr. Patterson is a breath of fresh air. She works so well with her disabled patients. Her nurse Kathleen is absolutely amazing!! My daughter loves her. Kathleen made us feel so welcomed and really took the time and conversation with us. These two women are what health care should be! I can't say enough about them. My daughter is autistic and they made her day.

G Street Health does not care about the wellbeing of their patients and puts their egos first. They cannot take accountability and refuse treatment to people who need it. My family member has a chronic pain condition and has gone through thousands of dollars in treatment trying to get the care they deserve. G Street repeatedly made it difficult for my family member to make appointments (including straight up denying appointments) and to be treated for infections and other illnesses. Then, they fired my family member when they showed up for an appointment ON THEIR BIRTHDAY. This was a few weeks after my family member had major surgery and needed follow up care and medications post-surgery. G Street's explanation for firing them was simply a letter explaining mistreatment of our staff will not be tolerated. They proceeded to deny any clarification on what my family member did that resulted in them being fired and refused to speak to them. They also locked my family member out of the patient portal so they cannot access their medical records, including notes that may have provided clarity as to whatever they think happened. More like accountability will not be tolerated in this unprofessional and disrespectful office. Whatever you do - do not get care here!!!

I have been seeing Kerrie Patterson PA for 3 years. She has been very helpful, informed, professional and always listens respectfully. Finally a health care provider that teams up with the patient. Highly recommend and appreciate her.

I've been seen at primary care here a few times, would not recommend. The patient portal has nothing in it. You can't get a referral if you call in, they want you to make an appointment, never had to do that anywhere else. 2/3 month wait for an appointment. They don't want you to make multiple appointments for different things at one time but also don't allow for bringing up multiple problems at visit. So you might have to wait half a year to actually get to a specialty doctor you need a referral for. This place has long wait times when you have an appointment. Waiting room always packed with angry people.
