Weu2019ve always had great experiences with the team at Hardin County Urgent Care! They are friendly, fast and caring.. they even gave my boy a popsicle while we waited for some test results. We are lucky to have them right here in Lumberton.

Hardin County Urgent Care - Fantastic!Amazing!! After going to another urgent care (Best Med) that my insurance said was accepted (it was not), and dealing with some not so great bedside manner from the receptionist with her being dismissive with the it's not your problem to fix because we've been trying to get UHC to fix this for years and telling me to just go about your day approach to correcting the information with my insurance so that nobody else ends up going there erroneously like I did. Maybe she meant to be helpful, but from my car my insurance said everytime they called them to ask about it that they kept getting hung up on, while she inside said she just spoke with them and told them they don't take it (took calling Best Med while I was standing there in front of ger to get resolved), so it turned into a he said/she said situation.That aside...I ended up at Hardin County Urgent Care instead.So at Hardin County Urgent Care, you can actually check in on their website, and upload your ID and insurance, and then they'll just call you when they're ready.The receptionist here was very helpful.So after being called, I went into a room with Kylee (sp?), and she was a fresh of breath air and empathy as she took my blood pressure, and got to hear about me being sick for two weeks. She was the sweetest person in this field, ever. I felt very welcomed despite looking and feeling like a hot mess, and felt completely not judged.After her, I got treated by Joel, and you know what? Also Amazing! He is very charismatic, and also listened and was very informative as far as what they were going to do, and how I was going to get better.I will now only recommend Hardin County Urgent care to anyone that needs to be seen. Professionalism and empathy are 10/10

Great health care facility. The entire staff was pleasant and friendly, although I waited all of 5 minutes to be seen. Lol. Seriously, I barely got to sit down in the waiting room before I was called back. They cut a piece of metal out of my finger and I was out of there in 30 min. Best urgent care in all of Hardin, Tyler and Jasper County.

I brought my daughter there on a Sunday for a bad cough and fever. They checked her ears and throat and said she had a cold and prescribed her ceterizine for allergies. He did not listen to her chest or swab her for anything. Here it Tuesday night and she is up coughing so hard that she is vomiting, she wonu2019t eat, her cough sounds terrible, and she has a raspiness in her chest. I called her pediatrician and asked them to please see her turns out she has RSV and now a bacterial infection on top of it. She probably would not have gotten so bad if they had actually taken a moment of their time to swab her and listen to her chest since she came in for a cough. We will not go back.

I had a good experience here. The facility was clean and inviting. The younger lady at the front desk was welcoming and polite both on the phone and in person. The wait was quite short. The NP was friendly and attentive. (Be advised Covid test are send out and take a few days for the results.) I was able to get what I needed though and will return again should the need arise.
