SO grateful for the amazing staff at the Belfast ConvenientMD Urgent Care. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort when I arrived and after filling out the intake forms I was seen right away with zero wait time. They removed a huge wood splinter that got stuck under my fingernail while I was hauling brush in my backyard. Everyone was very friendly and professional and such a high level of care. Highly recommend their services!

Great experience. Really clean, modern and comfortable facilities. Check in process is fast and simple. I like that they have a monitor to see your wait time and place in line. Nurses and Doctor were very friendly. They got me in and out quickly and gave me the personal attention and knowledge to make me feel well taken care of. I had a bad chest cold that turned out to be a bronchial lung infection, and the Dr. was able to allay any of my concerns with her diagnosis and treatment decisions and had a terrific u201cbedside manner.u201d Also, I know this depends on your insurer, but my copay and prescription costs were very fair.

I have health insurance and a primary care provider elsewhere, but I needed a medical form filled out for work on fairly short notice. Not super easy to get done through the normal routines. It was $140 and half an hour at this clinic (self-paid, billed as a 'physical'). Sounds steep, but well worth it, considering my options. The staff were very pleasant and helpful getting it all done as efficiently as possible. Glad this alternative exists in town and will likely be back for similar situations in the future.

Everyone from receptionist to nurses and the whole team were kind, compassionate and very helpful. My son has the flu but was struggling to breath and they not only were very kind in his care but also reassuring to me that he would be just fine in no Time after he had treatment ! Thank you all for your hard work daily and being kind and honest! I no longer live in Belfast but I'm glad I went here for my son's care as I've been to multiple clinics and they were not so kind or helpful ,so I truly appreciate you all! And when I walked out my car went dead while I was in there and they also gave me a jump so we could go home, without having to fork over a bunch of money for a tow company to come jump me ! Thank you all again!!!

This facility runs like a well oiled machine from the time that you check in the door through the computer system and finish your patient paperwork through your email. All extra paperwork is efficiently and eliminated. The receptionist and employee who does admitting, the provider, and the x-ray tech were all fantastic. After I left, my x-ray was finalized by a radiologist and they got back to me within 20 minutes on the final results. The x-ray cost was quoted as being anywhere from $160-$260. My final cost was $200. I got a quote from the ER for the same procedure which would cost $1200. Saved a sweet $1000. I will recommend them to everyone that I know.
