Dr. Nocera has been very attentive to my needs. She addresses every question or concern I may have. Even with me going through things mentally her personality and ability to make jokes gives me a sense of joy. I had a concern with my foot that had been ongoing for years and she gave me something to assist with this. I recommend this facility to anyone. Even the staff have now been more welcoming with greeting you as you walk in or talking during the process.

I got online & booked an appointment for their earliest availability, they called me almost immediately & asked me if I wanted to be seen same day. I did! Dr. Phil was very gentle, thorough, precise & caring through todayu2019s process. He explained everything step by step which helps me with my medical anxiety. I was traveling and had an infection develop. They got me in to see the Dr. within 30 minutes. I had a prescription filled at a nearby pharmacy 45 minutes after that. Very personable staff and quality care. I recommend them!

This urgent care falsely advertises services on their website that they do not actually provide. When I arrived and asked if they could at least direct me to a facility that could treat me, they refused to give me any recommendations. Instead, they insisted I see the doctoru2014even after admitting that the doctor could not treat my condition.nnIt felt like a money grab. They wanted me to pay a co-pay and have my insurance billed just to get a referral, even though they clearly knew they couldnu2019t provide the treatment I needed. If they were capable of giving me a referral, then they obviously knew of other places I could gou2014but they refused to share that information unless I paid to see the doctor first. Thatu2019s incredibly shady.nnTo make matters worse, when I asked why I should be seen by a doctor who couldnu2019t help me, they just shrugged and said, u201cIu2019m sorry, mau2019am.u201d So I left and made it clear that I would be reporting them.nnFor contrast, I called another urgent care afterward, and they immediately told me they couldnu2019t provide the service I neededu2014but they also told me exactly where I could go to get treatment. Thatu2019s how a medical facility should operate. They should prioritize patient care, not profits.nnI would not recommend this urgent care to anyone. They wasted my time, falsely advertised services on their website, and attempted to take advantage of me financially instead of helping me find the care I actually needed. As again, if they could Offer a referral they couldu2019ve provided me the information I needed Without wanting me to waste my time and money in their facility. knowing they literally cannot help treat me and that I would have to go somewhere else to do everything he just did and more to actually treat me is insane.
