Awful. Just awful. Only worries about what she can make off someone. Doesnu2019t want to pay the employees, but collects top pay for services. One client quit and she didnu2019t know for four months. But she was still billing. One worker started stealing within four days and she did nothing I have no idea why she has a license

This place is a ridiculous Personal Cares Agency! Their problem is that the owner is greedy and low balls her employees and therefore she can not keep quality workers!!nnShe pays slave wages and that is the truth. She basically pays $9.25 per hour and does not provide gloves and other essentials, while the top of the line agencies pay between 11 and 12 dollars per hour! She also makes a profit off your background check by charging 16 dollars when the cost is only 10 dollars?nnShe will also short you on your paycheck regularly and that adds insult to injury!nnShe is as horrible as they come and that reflects in her unhappy employees. Stay away from this place and if your PERSONAL CARE WORKER comes from this AGENCY....convince your LOVED ONES to go to a better agency and get WELL PAID EMPLOYEES who will care about your LOVED ONES!!nnIf I could give NURSES NOW a NEGATIVE 10 stars..I would but they force you to give them at least one star!!!

I was looking for a possible company to use for services. I was highly considering coming to your company for services until I saw a shocking review about a client in a wheelchair being struck by an employee. I was saddened to read this and read how she was treated by your employees. I will not be contacting your company for services but I will be contacting the state of Wisconsin for further investigation into your company and services.

I was hit by one of their ceartakers and when my friend called them to report the incident they put are call on their speaker phone and they proceed to laugh at us when my friend toll them what happened and how she Hit me and they laughed at us like it was so funny and then they proceeded to send her to another client with out even investing what had happened to me it made me feel like what she did to was no big thing and then they go a reword her with another client the worse thing about all of this is that I am in a wheelchair and have no way to protect myself this place is suppose to protect the client no they did not protect me they laughed at me instead I give them a big 0000
