Terrible experience with this doctoru2019s office and Lynette Candelaria.nnMy appointment was canceled and rescheduled twice due to the doctoru2019s availability, and without my consent, they reassigned me to a different doctor.nnSince this was my first visit, I came prepared with notes and a list of concerns to discuss. I was seen by an assistant for about 10 minutes before being taken to an office where the doctor met with me for less than two minutes. She quickly stated that she had sent lab orders and that I was u201cgood to go,u201d without completing a proper physical exam.nnWhen I tried to go over my health concerns, she rushed me, dismissed my questions, and refused to document my issues, stating she couldnu2019t do anything without records from my previous doctor (I had just moved). I explained that I still wanted my concerns noted for future visits, but she refused.nnAt the front desk, I was questioned about why I needed referrals to specialists, and when I attempted to explain and go over my list again, I was dismissed in another brief conversation. At that point, I stated I would find another doctor and left.

I have been calling all day to set a doctors appointment. Every time I call I get the same representative that is very mean, impatient, rushing, didnt allow me time provide my insurance information to set appointment before telling me I was rude and hung up on me. I called back and she said she couldnu2019t hear me while I was speaking clearly and loudly into the phone so she hung up on me again. I called back and she said she screamed and yelled into the phone a random appointment date and time at me before hanging up. I have never felt so terrible for just trying to book an appointment. Idk what to do.

ORLANDO FAMILY PHYSICIANS By INNOVACARE HEALTH Located at 6210 W Colonial DrnUnit 100 Orlando, FL 32808 is a shady place for people to stay away from. These people are running the biggest scam in the medical system and everyone should be aware of that. Someone refer me there for some pain I had in my foot when I went there they gave me a fake diagnosis and sent me to see a specialist they choose for treatment. I went to a different doctor and I did not tell the new doctor anything. After my visit I found out there wasnu2019t anything wrong so I called Orlando Family Physicians to request my medical records they refused to give it to me. Iu2019m going to report them for insurance fraud before I do I wanted to put it out there for everyone to know. Be careful people when choosing a doctor.
