Finding Ivy was the best decision I have ever made for my body! Starting my weight loss journey with her has been such a blessing. I don't know how exactly how many pounds I've lost (I refuse to check a scale) but when I look in the mirror, I feel incredible again.I started semiglutides about 5 months ago. White bathing suit photo is April 2024, and leopard print is April 2025. I would recommend anyone with questions to go in and have a chat with Ivy and start the conversation. Seriously the best! Today is Thanksgiving and a perfect day to tell you how thankful I am for how Frank has helped me. Meeting Frank through a mutual friend was a blessing . I lost a lot of weight and just could not gain it back no matter how I tried. I am so grateful for the medication he has put me on and since then I have gained my appetite back and have started training and gaining weight again. I look forward to the next day just to train again, and I haven't felt that way in a long time. Frank has have given me the motivation as if I am competing again.
