This urgent care has very kind staff with a clean, kid oriented environment. They had beautiful painted murals on the walls, tvs to help distract your kid in the rooms if you choose, and a treasure box with all types of toys and stickers for kids after their exam. I was able to get in same day with no problem, and they didnu2019t make us feel bad for coming in an hour before close (which I hate to do to businesses). The doctor was caring and the staffu2019s experience was shown while getting vitals and interacting with our 15month old. My only wish was that the doctor didnu2019t have an obvious distaste for our pediatrician. When asked who we use, his response was u2018Iu2019m sorry your kid isnu2019t vaccinatedu2019 or very close to that verbiage. He immediately moved past that to assess our kid and provide care. At the end, the topic came back up, and we were prompted to do research and given some advice that was new to me and several other parents, who have various choices in their healthcare preferences. Iu2019m never against listening to professional advice, however it felt a bit one sided. We were never asked if we had vaccinated, and that made it feel weird. I will say, I was very anxious about our son, and experiencing pain myself, so maybe I took it the wrong way. Regardless, it felt like an opinion was made about us right from the start, and there wasnu2019t an effort to learn more. He is doing much better and we followed up with his primary care today to check progress.

Highly recommend this place when needing a fast appointment for your sick little ones! Will always be my go to place as each doctor and nurse has gone well and truly beyond for my kids every single time. Always patient and kind with each of my children (3 who are on the spectrum and nonverbal). Beyond blessed to have such good doctors around willing to go to every possible length to treat our babies.

A++Mazing. Everytime I have taken my daughter here, the staff goes above and beyond. Even Payne (sorry if miss spelled) unfortunately took a nasty kick to the shoulder when trying to do a covid, flu, and strep test on my 5 y/o(I immediately apologized) and he still was so nice to her. Dr.Sprayberry was my child doctor and he hasnu2019t changed one bit! Would still recommend him to EVERYONE. He is so patient and goes beyond the limits to ensure every child is comfortable and taken care of during a visit. The desk ladies are amazing as well! Everyone from doctors to the nurses to the receptionists works so hard, and it pays off for the little ones! Will not take her anywhere else!

We LOVE Primetime Pediatrics Urgent Care! We have been many, many times and always have a good experience with little wait time. Dr. Sprayberry is always thorough, attentive, and kind. We are thankful they opened this much needed practice in our area.

I wish i could give them more than 5 stars. We have been patients at this urgent care since Dr. Sprayberry opened. The staff is wonderful with all my kiddos! Thank you Prime Time for always taking care of us!!
