Everyone was nice and they all knew what was up! Dr or surgeon was skilled and did a nice job! They were busy but they took the time to explain everything.When you're not feeling well and people treat you well it makes it easier! IWill definitely go back if I should need emergency service again!

The practitioner who addressed my concerns was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional, in helping me with my issue. The front desk was also a pleasure to work with. Both were very efficient.Update: Went back in the following week and had a bad experience with the person who took a swab of my nose for a Covid test. She wasn't the doctor and the doctor was nice. This girl was so rough with me that it literally felt like she was about to make me bleed. It was the worst any health care worker has ever done doing that same test. She pushed that swab way too far, way too hard, for way too long, and was spinning it as if she was trying to start a fire in my nose.When I told her it felt like she was going to make me bleed from how rough she was, she remained stoic and didn't apologize or say anything at all. Just pointed into a room and shut my door. I hate people like her who have no personality, professionalism, or care for any of their patients and are rude on top of that. I never caught her name because she never told me and I didn't ask anyone for it. She was a young, heavy set girl with dark, maybe curly hair. Beware of her, she is a very unpleasant person and that's the nice way of saying what I really want to say.Hello. Thank you for reading my review because I did have a lot of positive things to mention, but what about the issue I had with the young, medium to dark skin, dark hair (possibly has some curls?), heavy set, stoic, unfriendly girl on your staff? I left pretty upset. She could have done real damage to me and she seemed like she could care less. No reactions, response, or apology. I was literally with my back against the wall, sliding my head backwards along the wall to try to get away. Those swabs were the stiff plastic ones with lots of hard plastic spikes on it. This is no joke. She needs to be more professional and focused on exercising better patient-care techniques that you, I, and everyone else in the medical field had to learn during our time in school and Clinicals. 5th visit at a Next Care Urgent Care for an ongoing Worker's Comp claim & have no complaints. Always flexible with appointments which has been good for me as everyday has been a challenge since my injury. They take care of the majority of required paperwork for me to keep everything up to date & all appointments required are set up well in advance with my schedule and convenience in mind. Everyone I've come in contact with regardless of it was in person or on the phone has been helpful & called me back if corrections were needed. For all of those that have been part of my journey I thank you kindly for everything you've done & hopefully you're able to see my progress developments in person. If it wasn't for you I would have messed this up without question.

I was extremely happy with the care I received at the next care on Price and baseline. The receptionist was very caring and the support staff was outstanding. The actual doctor or nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and truly seem like he cared about me. I would highly recommend this particular urgent care!

Very caring and genuine. Staff was acute and knew their processes, Iu2019m extremely grateful! Was tested and diagnosed within 15 minutes. Wait time was 45 minutes and time seen was 30 minutes, not bad at all. Very clean facility as well! Thank you so much!Went in for a cat scratch & testing for Covid/flu/strep. Quick and efficient testing.
