I got zero help.I went to the office with swollen and broken out hands and arms,having an allergic reaction to a steroid shot i got 3days prior. He said there's nothing for the itching except a steroid shot. Which obviously was out of the question since I'm in the middle of an allergic reaction from steroids. Ordered a salve that has taken 2 days,so far,to receive .

Dr Herman and his entire staff is amazing. I love them so much that I drive all the way from the northwest side of town to see Dr Herman in his Henderson office. Paige makes checking into appointments so easy, you feel like youu2019re in someoneu2019s family room. Dominque takes your medical history like youu2019re talking with your best friend. Unfortunately, after 27 years without allergy shots, I had to start them back up. But this afforded me the opportunity to meet more of Dr Hermanu2019s amazing team. I can only say positive things about him and his staff. Best allergist in Las Vegas. Look no further u2026 youu2019ll never regret it!

Arrived to empty office b4 my 130pm appt and was happy about not entering a waiting room full of patients. Dr Xie was a bit delayed but I was seen, evaluated and treated for one of my issues. I didn't expect that and appreciated his response. Nurse was professional and friendly. Front office staff highly efficient and welcoming. I am glad my PCP referred me to LVSC and have confidence in them for future visits.

If I have to be honest, the doctor, Dr. Herman is wonderful, great character I wish his staff would show a little bit more character like their doctor and also hard to call. Nobody answers the phone or they hang up when transferred. Very disappointing to try to get a hold of somebody to to inform of running late or to change an appointment Wish that the staff was more than necessary. Nice more friendlier Ear probably wouldu2019ve got a five.PAGE is the best very helpful & sweet rest of office is very nice as well
