Every single time I come here the staff and providers are so great! I love that they offer walk ins. The staff is amazing and Sara is always so helpful and so professional and she made sure I was seen. Thank you Sara and thank you to all staff who make it a great experience to come here. I can tell you all care for your patients.

Went yesterday and been told to call back the following day. Ive been calling for hours and on hold just to speak with someone about an important matter and eventually pressed 1 prompt to keep my place in line after waiting an hour just to talk to someone...I was called back over an hour after the call back prompt and for nothing because it was simply an operator taking messages to send them to call me back which defeats the purpose of a call back prompt to keep place in line. The operator took almost 20 min of dead silence to simply write the email to send to call me back. I am now calling again and on hold again and its now going on 50 min (almost another hour) to attempt to reach someone. This is not right when there are patients sick and waiting for scripts. I have screen shots as well to show proof.

The urgent care center has the most terrible service. This is the second time I had to utilize this facility since August because my PCPs office that is affiliated with this practice never has any same day sick appointments. Therefore they refer me to the urgent care or to the emergency room. I am an emergency room nurse and see why the emergency rooms are inundate with patients, having twelve hour wait times to be seen. I called my PCPu2019s office Holyoke Medical Group two days in a row as soon the practice opened and explained what was going on. I was told to go to the Urgent Care or the Emergency room because they do not have one available sick appointment either day.nI go to urgent care and I am told to sit in my car until I receive a text and the wait would be approximately an hour. I go back into Urgent Care and ask how much longer is the wait. I was told they only had one provider and a second provider just arrived and there are ten patients ahead of me. The wait will be another one to three hours and if I couldnu2019t stay in my car and wait until Iu2019m called in then I should go to the emergency room. The health care system is broken. The staff at both practices are very unprofessional and clearly do not understand the core values at Holyoke Medical Center.

I went to Holyoke hospital urgent care, on memorial drive in Chicopee this Saturday morning just after it had opened at 9am. From the receptionist to the care I received I couldnu2019t have asked for a better outcome. The care that I received from Ciera the (NA) to Suzie the (PA) was terrific. I left there feeling a whole lot better than when I got there. I was seen in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Holyoke hospital urgent care to anyone I care about. Thank you again Suzie and Ciera.
