This establishment gave the me the worst possible medical care I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. The check in staff and nurse were pleasant, however the doctor that saw me had the worst bedside manner Iu2019ve ever experienced. First off, she did not introduce herself at all, I did not know if she was a doctor, PA or nurse practitioner. I found out later her name is Dr. Beatrice Monroe. She came into the office while still chewing on food as I could smell it on her breath and without a mask. While talking to me she came so close and was spitting pieces of food which was incredibly unpleasant. She completely dismissed my concerns even though I gave her a thorough health background and after the not even two minute interaction, she said she would just prescribe stronger pain medication. I told her I did not want more pain medication but she insisted my concerns were not serious. Before I could even ask any follow up questions, she had already turned around to walk out the door to which I asked, u201cIu2019m sorry, thatu2019s it?u201d She said yes thatu2019s it, you probably sprained a muscle and I said I hadnu2019t done any strenuous activity. She continued to leave, completely disregarding my unsatisfied emotions. I will not be returning to this urgent care, especially considering the high out of pocket charge it almost always guarantees.

Had to visit this urgent care for one of my family members who was having high fever. Checkin kiosk was there but had to fill rest of the details online through Solv app, better if you fill details online before arriving for quicker service. Itu2019s a first come first serve. We had to wait for 30 minutes since thereu2019re 4 people waiting before us around 11 AM. Friendly staffs, place is clean. Dr Monroe is excellent Doctor.

I came in right when they were about to close they welcomed me with open arms and were super kind and caring and took all the time they needed to make sure I felt comfortable and better. They have a great staff. I forgot the front desk girlu2019s name, but she was such a delight and super kind. I will definitely be coming back to this urgent care!!

My daughter woke up this morning (Memorial Day Monday) with a sore throat. Looked like strep. They were open and we just walked in and she was seen, diagnosed with strep and prescribed antibiotics. Dr. Alexa saw her. My daughter remembered her from the previous visit. She was very friendly and thorough. My daughter felt comfortable and safe and well taken care of. u00a0I definitely recommend this urgent care.
