I wished I wouldu2019ve read the reviews before coming here. I have a few complaints about my experience with this doctors office but Iu2019ll start with the front desk. Upon arrival, the Caucasian lady and the black lady are extremely nonchalant, and not very friendly. They literally stare at you when you approach and wait for you to greet THEM! They talk to you as if you owe them something. Horrible customer service. Iu2019ve been there 3 times and itu2019s the same experience. Ironically, they have a sign on the front desk window that demands patients to be u201ckind and respectful.u201d Ridiculous when THEY donu2019t operate with what they are asking. Then, Iu2019ve asked SEVERAL times for a PA for my insurance only to be lied to about them doing it. They told me they had up to 14 days to complete it and itu2019s been 3 weeks! And literally every time I call the number NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Iu2019ve called many times to get the status of my PA & if itu2019s not a voice mail, it hangs up. The PROBLEM STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. What kind of doctors office is this?? Iu2019ve NEVER ever experienced such nonsense with a doctors office and a Christian doctors at that! Iu2019m DEFINITELY going elsewhere. Yall should be ashamed. Please do better! You have people lives in your hands. I pray that either the staff is replaced or they do better staff training! Today is 4-3-2025 and the staff you have there now is the staff that Iu2019m referring to. Iu2019m very disappointed.

Should be called medical unprofessional facility. Why did yu2019all even go into the health care field? It had to be to mistreat people when they are at their most vulnerable. Everyone in this office should be ashamed of themselves. The way that you all treat people in your very own community who come to you for help should be studied. This has to be a front for some type of illegal operation. The blatant malpractice sure is VERY ILLEGAL

I donu2019t think Iu2019ve ever had a positive experience with this office. Everything is always a struggle. No one ever picks up the front office phone to schedule appointments. Iu2019ve been trying to reach someone regarding a referral, and the line keeps hanging up. The only provider that was somewhat pleasant is Nurse Practitioner Danielle. Appointment times are never actually on time and dragged out for an additional hour. Iu2019ve seen this in other peopleu2019s reviews too, and the office just responds saying, u201cweu2019re not a normal primary care clinic.u201d Please donu2019t waste your time here, go anywhere else.

Cannot recommend Danielle. I did not feel important, wanted or appreciated as her patient. Clearly under informed on my patient care history with the clinic. Quick to pass the buck or blame. I felt like I was just, another one. Very impersonal. I may have not been the preferred patient type. Definitely not my preferred caregiver.

04/10/2025: To help out a friend, I took Social Security forms to the Crowley office to be completed by Dr. Hannah. I included an addressed and stamped envelope so the the completed forms could be mailed. I have left 5 messages to ask if the forms have been completed. No one has returned any of my calls. I called again today, 05/19/2025. I then called the Eastchase office (thankful someone answered the phone) and found out my friend had sleep study done over the phone. Is that possible? I would not refer anyone to this office.
