I officially withdrew as a patient here. I suggest everyone else does the same. I have been very patient with covenant for some time and given many chances for them to get their organization together. 1. The front desk is terrible. They lie and say they set up an appt for the doctor to call and I never received a phone call and will lie to you again saying someone did call. 2. The billing is terrible. They can definitely let you know if you owe a payment but can never provide statements for all the payments you have made! Just look elsewhere. These people need to be reported!!

The worst mental facility in MD. I was going here for 3 years and they cut off my medication like I was nothing. They received a call from one of my family members whom I have an extreme issue with and they took that persons word for face value and immediately stopped my medication management without forewarning me whatsoever. Mind you, Iu2019ve been going to this place for over 3 years and Iu2019ve never had an issue or showed any signs of addiction. I never asked for an early fill or none of that, but they were extremely negligent on how the handled my care. I was fortunate enough to find another facility that continues my care. Covenant even had the audacity to ask me about fees that I have to pay out of pocket because billing doesnu2019t know how to deal with insurance companies. My insurance covers all my appointments. Any doctor I see I have no copay, but this place tells me I owe them money for a visit is preposterous! I highly recommend finding another facility before taking an appointment here. Seriously, they do not care about their patients!!!
