..... Holy smoke! What great service!!! Yesterday I came to this wonderful urgent care and it was my first time getting treated here. The two beautiful ladies at the front desk were real friendly with me and very outgoing, especially the lovely girl with the black hair. I spoke to her on the phone the day before and her customer service skills were absolutely superb. She's fantastico! The whole process yesterday was very quick and smooth and I liked how they did not give me pages and pages of paperwork to fill out but instead we're very brief. The doctor that treated me yesterday and gave me great advice was not only very friendly but he listened quite well and did not interrupt me when I was speaking to him, like some other doctors will routinely do. He was a very good listener and very empathetic (this gentleman also happened to be rather affable with a good sense of humor as well). I was in this urgent care for less than an hour and the wait time in the lobby as well as in the examination room were very, very brief. Greatly appreciated guys! So thank you Medcove Urgent Care! Had a great experience at MedCove Urgent Care in Upland. The staff was friendly. I came in for a TB test but saw they also offer things like IV vitamin hydration and X-rays on-site. Super convenient if you're in Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma, Claremont, or even Montclair. Definitely my new spot for urgent care.

Great urgent care! They just opened a few weeks ago so it wasnu2019t very busy. There was only one other patient when I went, so I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. The staff was amazing, and as a busy momma, the quick service was definitely appreciated. If I ever need urgent care again this is where Iu2019ll go!

I donu2019t normally leave reviews unless I feel the service was exceptional.nnMedcove staff were courteous from the front desk, nurse to the practitioner.nnMedical facilities are usually difficult for me being that they cause me stress and anxiety.nnThat all went away here and I think it was due to their warm demeanor of the staff. I felt I was being treated by family.nnAlthough it seemed I came during their peak hours; they were about quality of care and didnu2019t feel they were trying to rush me out until I was treated.nnThe doctor was was very informative in explaining treatment plan and how I should follow up.nnThanks Medcove Staff!
