I donu2019t want to post bad reviews but absolutely ridiculous experience here. Arrived 15 minutes early to a scheduled appointment and had an employee sign me in. Then sat for an hour as people who walked in later and had appointments scheduled after mine got called up. When I finally mentioned it, they said no one signed me in. Then proceeded to call people with appointments scheduled 40 minutes after me. They actually laughed about it and never apologized. A better system is badly needed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Iu2019ve done TSA PreCheck appointments beforeu2014theyu2019re usually quick and painless. I arrived at 3:00 PM, a full two hours before closing, expecting the same. Their website clearly states walk-ins are welcome. Thatu2019s simply not true.There were only two people in the waiting room and three employees on staffu2014none of whom seemed interested in working. Instead, they were laughing and chatting among themselves. When I asked about getting screened, I was told they werenu2019t doing any more appointments for the day because they had u201cbeen busy.u201d Busy? Itu2019s 3 PM, and youu2019re open until 5. Thatu2019s two more hours of your scheduled workday.This was some of the worst customer service Iu2019ve ever experiencedu2014unprofessional, unmotivated, and downright lazy. If this is how they treat people, Iu2019d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked my appointment in advance and arrived early at the scheduled remote location, only to find out that they no longer rent space to Identogo. Staff therementioned that others had faced the same issue the day before and had to go elsewhere. I drove to the other location, where I was told they had no appointments booked for today, and that the person working there had shown up two hours late yesterday. After waiting on hold, I was informed my only option was to reschedule. This was a complete waste of time, and the lack of communication about the cancellation is unacceptable.*Update*Got further reassurance of my initial review when I had the subsequent appointment on January 7th, 2024. Walked into the office on St. Andrews Rd. and immediately got a bad vibe. You could tell the two ladies in duty don't care to offer a warm greeting to myself or the other two people waiting outside for the door to be opened right at the listed opening time (8:30). When the guy in front of me answered the lady with not having an appointment scheduled she replied with: What you trying to walk up in here without an appointment for?. Is this really how a business wants to be represented?

Inefficient. Friendly but long wait despite appointment. Also, not private, as your personal information is requested in a public environment. (No real walls in the TSA interview suite. Could hear all the information of the people in front of me.) Would recommend going elsewhere if you have the option.
