I've been here in the past and the old employees they had where super nice. I'm back again and right from the start they where nothing but rude and careless. I Called asking for help with the 24/7 center tight behind lighthouse an the first woman on call proceded to speak in a snarky tone, then continued to laugh at my beg for help before transferring me to someone else. The second woman was rude, didn't seem to understand my situation an just plan out seemed not to have a care in the world about me. Highly unprofessional, not to mention when I asked for a ride she said just walk here. I'm sorry what? In what world to you tell a mentally ill/struggling person to walk to the CRISES CENTER, with roads? Cars??? Bottom line is they don't care about you. This job they chose is clearly for the money and they could care less about having sympathy nor speaking to you like a human being. I HIGHLY recommend no one ever comes here. You will be treated less than a human being an more like a rodent infesting their building. Absolutely horried.

They are Amazing! I have been to several places for treatment. That is, outpatient and inpatient. This place surpassed them all! I am healing and In a great place in my life because of the light house in Durant/Ardmore! If you want to get the best treatment for yourself or family member please ud83dude4fud83cudffb this is the place. I can't say enough about the staff that i had the pleasure of working with in Durant, and the one in Ardmore, where I was inpatient. Shout to you all who helped me get where I am in my life today! You guys are the best!

Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness is a terrible organization. They do not care about their patients or their medical needs. I have had multiple negative experiences with them, including:They refused to see me during a medical emergency.They did not make repeat doctors appointments until after my medications were gone.They ignored me when I was in crisis.They overmedicated me.They did not make sure I had my medications.They made it difficult for me to get to appointments and counseling.They did not answer my calls or emails.They were unprofessional and uncaring.I would not recommend Lighthouse Mental Health Services to anyone. They are a danger to their patients.Here are some specific examples of my experiences:When I was experiencing a medical emergency, I called Lighthouse Mental Health Services and asked for help. They told me that they could not see me and that I needed to go to the emergency room. I was so scared and alone. I felt like they didn't care about me or my health.I have a chronic mental health condition and I need to take medication every day. On multiple occasions, Lighthouse Mental Health Services did not make repeat doctors appointments for me until after my medications were gone. This meant that I went without my medication for several days, which can be very dangerous.When I was in crisis, I reached out to Lighthouse Mental Health Services for help. They ignored me. I felt like I was all alone and that no one cared.Lighthouse Mental Health Services overmedicated me. I was experiencing side effects from my medications, but they refused to lower my dose. I felt like a zombie.On multiple occasions, Lighthouse Mental Health Services did not make sure that I had my medications. I had to call them multiple times to remind them to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy.Lighthouse Mental Health Services made it difficult for me to get to appointments and counseling. Their office is located in a remote area and they do not offer transportation services. I had to rely on friends and family to take me to my appointments.I called and emailed Lighthouse Mental Health Services multiple times, but they did not answer my calls or emails. I felt like they were ignoring me.The staff at Lighthouse Mental Health Services were unprofessional and uncaring. They were rude to me and they did not seem to care about my needs.Overall, Lighthouse Mental Health Services is a terrible organization. They do not care about their patients or their medical needs. When it comes to treatment and my actual therapist, this place is not bad at all, the crisis center as well. However, I will say there was one issue with one of the ladies who schedules appointments. I was on a really tight schedule, didn't have a ride and believe me, it's understandably frustrating, but yelling are you freaking kidding me? when I'm telling you I can try and make a morning appointment work does not make me feel good, especially after you've already been snappy and rude. I'm not trying to be a pain but damn, some understanding would be nice.
