Dr. Ara and Arthur are beyond amazing . They are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. Every visit feels personal, as they truly take the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. The level of care Iu2019ve received is outstanding, and I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. The staff is also friendly and professional, making the entire experience seamless. I feel fortunate to have such a dedicated and skilled doctor looking after my health.

LibertyMed is absolutely the best decision I've made. After leaving Kaiser, it took me a while to find primary care physicians I was comfortable with. Both Dr. Shafrazian & Dr. Babakhanians have been nothing but helpful, not to mention the rest of the staff too. I appreciate how clean the office always is, and how easily I'm able to get an appointment. My husband and I are both very happy with LibertyMed and will never look back!

I am beyond words happy with my doctor and his new office. The location is easily accessible and the staff is so courteous. But the MOST important thing was I gave blood today in the comfort of the office without driving to a lab. AND with my big needle phobia it wasn't even a problem.

Absolutely horrible. My first appointment with them, they called me and told me I needed to come in so the doctor could review my results to me, which left me in a panic. When I said, I could not do that as I had taken off too much time from work they said the doctor would call me. After a week of back-and-forth, I finally got a receptionist on the line to tell me everything was normal.nnI called them this morning telling them I had ear pain and they told me to come in and provide a urine sample. I found this incredibly surprising and so I confirmed with the receptionist three times before she confirmed that I needed to give a urine sample for an ear infection. They then called me and told me I didnu2019t have a UTI, and then asked me to come in again the next day for an examination. Do not go here.

Iu2019ve selected Dr. Babakhanians as my primary care provider just over a year ago and I couldnu2019t be happier with this office! Today I also had a physical with his partner, Dr. Sharfazian. Both doctors are SO warm and friendly. They seem genuinely interested in their patients and are not rushed. Iu2019ve never had a hard time scheduling an appointment and have never had to wait more than a few min when I arrive. The office itself is absolutely gorgeous - I love how bright, well-lit and clean it is. Even the restroom is lovely with little details like apothecary hand soap. All of my general doctors in the past would send me out to a Quest to get bloodwork done, but one of the things I LOVE most about LibertyMed is that they do blood draws in house! I just make sure that I come in fasting and I LOVE that it saves me a trip! The other thing I find unique about this office is their use of technology - they have a patient portal that makes it SO easy to pay bills, schedule appointments and view my medical records. Iu2019ve never had a doctors office that makes everything so easy! I donu2019t write reviews often but these guys are just above and beyond!
