Nurse Martine, sheu2019s the best!!!!(very attentive and passionate) Doc Jacinthe listened to my issues and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of them, he also informed me of future plans concerning my health. Oscar took good care of me during my testing and Ashley(the welcoming face) informed me of the financial status for my visit!!! If youu2019re in need of great, fast, accurate and very caring health care this would be your place!!!!!! Dr J and Nurse Martine needs to be in a primary care. Count me in as a patient ud83dude01

I was exceedingly pleased with the care I received at Total Care! I want to thank Christy for her warm reception. Robin, the best nurse I have ever encountered, was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Ronnie, the lab tech, was spectacular and made me feel at ease. Lastly, Dr. Jacinthe had the best bedside manner I have experienced! He was professional and caring. I wish I could have him as my PCP. I have to say that the entire staff took splendid care of me and made certain that I was clear on next steps in maintaining my health. I felt like a family member! They healed my body and mind. This is a team of healers who are blessed by the Divine! I am eternally grateful for havingnthe privilege of being cared for by them. My experience at the Total Point Emergency Center was EXCELLENT! From the greetings and instructions giving to me by Guy upon my arrival, to the nurse, Martine, that walked me through the process, everyone made me feel so safe and welcome. Dr. Jacinthe was very patient and went into great detail about my illness, allowing me to fully understand my healing process which helped me feel more confident about my recovery. Even the Lab Tech, Ronnie, was kind and made me feel right at home. I am new to Dallas and was unsure about exact where to go to be seen, but after this experience, I feel good to come back to this center if needed. Thank you to everyone for a great experienc, I truly appreciate each one of you!

My experience with the Total Point team was incredible. Everyone was empathetic and professional; there was urgency and practicality. Danielle and Ronnie helped me get in quick for my medical emergency. Martine, the nurse, was absolutely lovely. She patiently answered all my questions and paced the visit very well. Dr. Jacinthe is warm and communicative. He talked through the diagnosis and treatments with clarity and advised on short term versus long term possibilities. My condition was resolved after the visit. I also had the information needed to discuss with my employer. Many many thanks again to this team!
