Recommended by my Primary Care Office because they could not get me in for several days! If you have a TGH primary doctor, this is the best way to be seen fast with much less hassle! Because your information is already in the system and they are directly linked to your My CHART it's awesome!nThey have access to your previous care so you answer much fewer questions. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. If I ever need this kind of care again, this is where I will go. The staff and physician were very kind and concerned that I got the care I needed!nHighly recommend!

Service overall was good and timely. One issue - Not being able to contact the Doctor or staff at the location over the phone for questions about prescription. The SMS chat feature was not very helpful.

The process from check-in to check-out was efficient and easy. The clinic was short handed due to everyone being sick after the holidays, so the NP was by herself, but she was still very attentive and thorough. Overall great experience!

When I checked in at the front desk with my daughter, I told them she hurt her wrist and I need an x-ray done. The front desk girl took all my information, insurance, etc. etc. Doctor will be right out to grab you. Doctor examined her and said OK I need to send you somewhere else for an x-ray because we canu2019t do x-rays here. Well they shouldu2019ve told me that when I signed in instead of wasting my time and now having to go to a 2nd place.nnAlso the exam room they put us in was hotter than a sauna.
