They lied about sending in my antibioticsu2014 only sent them in after I called the pharmacy, their office, and then the pharmacy again who confirmed immediately after I called the second time that they had received the rx. Took a long time to see the doctor and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in other rooms.

I went to this place last year and they were great! They took care of me right away. Which is why I decided to go back to them. However, this time around I went in and took my daughter as well. We both got STREP and my daughter is allergic to amoxicillin which I made VERY CLEAR to the doctor. And they still had the audacity to prescribe amoxicillin for her when they told me they would prescribe something else. Along with that it took them 4 days to send in the prescription to the pharmacy so we had to sit there feeling unwell during Christmas time thanks to their careless actions. I will not be going back to Urgent Care X & I do NOT recommend others go there.

I canu2019t say enough kind words about the care I received. The staff were very professional and efficient. My wait time was almost nonexistent. Dr Johnson was extremely helpful and thorough with his questions and examination and explained his diagnosis and treatment plan very thoroughly. He even made the connection my pharmacy I normally go to would be closed and made a recommendation near by so I would be able to pick up my prescription without any issues or delays. I highly recommend this clinic and thank you for your care and treatment!

If I could give more stars I would! I mean I never heard of this place but everywhere else was so busy and they had a little to no wait time (major plus I'm sure not always like that but with a very sick kiddo it was for me) Then the staff was great put on a old school Christmas movie for my daughter! The medical assistant was amazing and so patient and kind! Kept making her laugh! My daughter loved him and both the drs that came in to see her! They were so thorough and it didn't feel like we were being rushed out to get another one back in like they really took their time to discuss ask questions and listen! I will be going here from now on!!

Donu2019t come here, They charge you before you are even seen & then over charge & donu2019t know how to refund your money back . Went in July 11th for a urine sample & throat swab. Never got the urine sample had to sit and wait for them to figure out how to refund the 15$ back instead they refunded the $170 & charged my card 150 but assured me the 170 would be back by midnight. A week and a half passed , nothing, called they said theyu2019d look into it and call me back never did . Called them back & they got snippy and said they refunded it. Another week and a half later still havenu2019t received my refund . August 1st, called again they said u201care you sure my manager already sent it weu2019ll call you backu201dnIu2019ll never return and now I have to make a dispute .nUpdate 5 hours later still havenu2019t received a call back .
