Dr. Greenblat is perhaps the best doctor I have ever encountered. Extremely empathetic, helpful, and thorough. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new primary care physician.

I have been so pleased and impressed by the service here. I remember the HAWC days and the personnel there. It was terrible, service felt as if i was literally just a number. Now, i have been treated with so much empathy. I do appreciate the help they provide!

For the most part this place is great. But remember the old saying you get what you pay for. My dentist was great. He was very informative and helpful. They arnt like the mainstream dentists. Everyone wanted to suck every dollar from me. While with them they were more concerned with my health than if I had money. My only thing I didn't like was the dental assistant waa very unprofessional. While doing my first exam she stopped to go chat with another coworker that was leaving for like 15 minutes. But for a tenth of the price I love it.

I was moved to the Complex care clinic after I was left a negative review about my experience at the Neil Road clinic. Unfortunately Beth Seibert was personally offended by post. She started my appointment by asking about my review and asked me why I felt I deserved and emergency appointment. I went through my symptoms and Beth informed me that they would be unable to treat me because I needed to see specialists. When I pointed out that my specialists sent me to them to ge stable she rolled her eyes and told me that is not how it works.I was referred for a halter monitor for my heart on my last visit and when I asked Beth about getting that started she told me that the team decided it was unnecessary and canceled the order. (I later found out that I did still have an order for the heart monitor, Beth had just decided that I didn't need it.)She lectured me about exaggerating my symptoms, the entire appointment, I was diagnosed with COVID in June and Beth decided that there is no way that could still be having an impact on my body. After my appointment I asked to speak to the office manager so I could make a complaint. She told me that it wouldn't be appropriate and even if I wanted to they didn't have a form (I was also told this when I wanted to make a complaint based on my previous experience. I had to call the administrative office to confirm that was a lie.)When I expressed concern that my plan of care changed suddenly without my knowledge I was told that it was against the rules for me to request my notes. I was told repeatedly that it was inappropriate for me to look at the notes the doctors made on my chart. The reality is that I have a right to those notes. There is a pattern of staff outright lying to paitents to avoid a paper trail, spreading misinformation about my rights was just the icing on the cake.

I been here 2 times! They managed to, canceled my unemployment, and sent my medication somewhere else, and my treatment went backwards, never forward. I called multiple times and all they did was point fingers. Stay healthy and STAY AWAY!!!
