Every time I come here, without fail, the women working the office are miserable and impolite. Used to be able to walk in, but they've made it so you have to make a appointment, they turn you away as you're standing in a deserted waiting room. I call and the recording tol make a appointment on the website. The website doesn't tell you there's no x-ray tech. They rarely have a X-ray tech available and they're always hiring new ones. Maybe the bright and sunny disposition of the medical secretary's has something to do with that. I'm going to seek alternative options, Washington hospital's wait is so long, it's like getting care in a third world country, so I didn't know what I'm gonna do. Dr's are ALWAYS nice so there's that.

This is the most racist place I've ever been. They do not like people black or people of color. The medical assistant/receptionist at the front desk was very nasty and consending. She spoke as if I didn't know why I was there. She has been there for the last 3 years I've been going. And they are very inconsistent. And very dismissive. Their criteria for DOT Physicals are always changing. One doctor will say this, and another will say something else the next time you come in. One RN suggested I should maybe find another job because of some paperwork that I need to get from my PCP. The woman at the at the front desk suggested that I should have this piece of paper that should have been in my packet from my employer. It was not there. The paperwork said to fill out your information online, but after I filled out the information online, she said that the info isn't cross-referenced. So they don't have access to the information online. Why ask patients to fill it out in the first place. A waste of time. Then, after 3 days of chasing all the information down from my PCP. She tells me I now need a letter from my PCP with a header. And after all that, the RN gave me my paperwork to leave and then tells me maybe I should find another type of work. Are you kidding me. How unprofessional these people are. Black people, if you can avoid this MedExpress, please do.

I was having an anaphylactic reaction to something I ate (no history of food allergies). I told my husband I needed to go to the ER, but then I realized that mightu2019ve been further away than I couldu2019ve handled since I could feel my breathing becoming increasingly labored. I had a short wait in the waiting room until I was taken back, and then I was immediately medicated, and they all kept a close eye on me. I am thankful for the quick and thorough treatment. Iu2019m also thankful for the staff that helped me with my kids and checked on them! That meant A LOT to me!!

I tried to be seen today. I dont normally bother to go to the doctor for evey sniffle or ache, but this time I was quite sick! I had to make an appointment and leave work. I got there more than 45 minutes early and was Told to come back closer to my appointment time even though their website clearly says walk in always welcome. SO I did. The staff at the front desk was rude and dismissive and left me sitting in the lobby an hour and a half past my appointment time. While I was waiting to be seen or even acknowledge I saw a food delivery and a flower delivery to the front desk window and heard plenty of laughter and chattering in the back room while myself and many other sick people sat long after our appointment times and were ignored. When I went to the window I was told they were running behind because they had a couple emergencies. I waited again I went to the window a second time I was told I was next. I waited and waited they took someone else back who got there long after me. I went back to see what was going on because i was there 2 hours and ignored I was treated very rudely and sarcastically by a nother woman. ( the one that was supposed to be doing insurance verification...She told me yea we can't do anything about that. We can't control how long the doctor takes. And then when I said they delivered food and flowers and everyone out he has been ignored. She said The staff is entitled to lunch (3:45 pm) Dont YOU eat??.. Honesty it seems like they were way more worried about their little work party than the sick patients waiting for care. Needles to say i was never seen and left still sick with no answers to finish my work shift and go home and take care of my 2 kids. Thanks for nothing

Waiting times are atrocious even if you schedule an appointment. Very impolite and demanding women who think they can control you and order you around. This place seems to be racist too, but just my observation watching the staff. Great place to go also if you're looking to have your private belongings gone through and money stolen from their unsecured lockers.
